McFIT gym Praga Południe in Warsaw is located at ul. Ostrobramska 79, next to the Promenada shopping center and the Gocław district. Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can easily get here by public transport. There are 4 McFIT locations in Warsaw. See a list of all McFIT clubs in Warsaw. You can find McFIT gyms in Śródmieście, Praga Południe, Mokotów and Ochota.


The club at Ostrobramska Street offers over 2,000m2 of air-conditioned training space for exercisers. You will find a free weights zone, cardio zone and machines. Additionally, the club has a functional zone, a boxing zone and Shape, dedicated specifically to women. The facility offers facilities for people with disabilities.


At the McFIT fitness club at ul. Ostrobramska 79 we also have a wide range of fitness classes: Yoga, Box, Tabata, Stretching and many more. The current schedule of group classes can be found directly at the club and below. With a one-time Daily Pass you can test our club at any time. Frequently asked questions

  • How old do I have to be to become a McFIT Client?

    To become a McFIT Client, you must be at least 14 years old and show a photo ID. The signing of the Membership Agreement by a minor requires the presence of a legal representative (e.g. a parent).

  • What is the Daily Pass at McFIT?

    Daily Pass gives you the opportunity to use your chosen McFIT Studio without any obligations. When you buy a single entry, you have the opportunity to use our services once. To train, you buy one entry to the Studio without a time limit. To buy a Daily Pass, you will only need your ID card. Simply come to the nearest McFIT Studio during reception hours or buy a ticket online at mcfit.com.pl and collect your card between 8:00 and 22:00.

  • What types of Membership Agreements does McFIT offer?

    McFIT offers, among others, a membership contract with a fixed term of 12 months (Classic or Basic) and a flexible contract for an indefinite period with a 1 month notice period/FLEX. Here you will find currently available passes.

  • Where can I conclude a Membership Agreement?

    The membership agreement can be concluded at any McFIT Studio in Poland between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and online via the Customer Portal.

  • What documents do I need to have with me when signing the Membership Agreement?

    To sign the Membership Agreement, you need:

  • Does McFIT honor sports passes?

    Yes, you can use any McFIT studio in Poland if you have a Medicover Sport membership. We do not accept other sports cards.

  • Are McFIT gyms really open 365 days a year?

    In Poland our clubs are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Club receptions are open from 8:00 to 22:00.

  • Is parking available for customers?

    There is a public surface parking lot in front of the main entrance.
