McFIT - fitness club and gym Łódź

McFIT gym Łódź is located in the iconic Central department store at ul. Piotrkowska 165/169. Our club is located on the 2nd floor and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can reach us by bus lines 55, 57 and 83 and tram lines: 11, 2A, 3B, 6 and 8A.


The innovative training modules occupy an area of approx. 1,900 m2. McFIT clients can, among other things, test their strength in energizing fitness classes. In addition, the gym also has a functional zone. Thanks to ropes, training bands or movable handles for pull-ups, we have the opportunity to work on many muscle groups at the same time. Of course, exercisers also have at their disposal richly equipped machine, free weight and cardio zones. The design of the club also plays a big role - various styles, from street art through ethnic to modern art, combine in a unique way into a spatial concept reminiscent of an adventurer's home.


The McFIT Łódź fitness club also offers many group classes. Box, Mocny Brzuch Express, Deepwork and Zumba Fitness are just some of the fitness classes offered. The current group class schedule can be found directly at the club and below. With a one-time Daily Pass, you can test our club at any time. If you lead a sedentary lifestyle, counteract its effects - at McFIT you will strengthen your back and effectively relieve your spine.

  • How old do I have to be to become a McFIT Client?

    To become a McFIT Client, you must be at least 14 years old and show a photo ID. The signing of the Membership Agreement by a minor requires the presence of a legal representative (e.g. a parent).

  • What is the Daily Pass at McFIT?

    Daily Pass gives you the opportunity to use your chosen McFIT Studio without any obligations. When you buy a single entry, you have the opportunity to use our services once. To train, you buy one entry to the Studio without a time limit. To buy a Daily Pass, you will only need your ID card. Simply come to the nearest McFIT Studio during reception hours or buy a ticket online at mcfit.com.pl and collect your card between 8:00 and 22:00.

  • What types of Membership Agreements does McFIT offer?

    McFIT offers, among others, a membership contract with a fixed term of 12 months (Classic or Basic) and a flexible contract for an indefinite period with a 1 month notice period/FLEX. Here you will find currently available passes.

  • Where can I conclude a Membership Agreement?

    The membership agreement can be concluded at any McFIT Studio in Poland between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and online via the Customer Portal.

  • What documents do I need to have with me when signing the Membership Agreement?

    To sign the Membership Agreement, you need:

  • Does McFIT honor sports passes?

    Yes, you can use any McFIT studio in Poland if you have a Medicover Sport membership. We do not accept other sports cards.

  • Are McFIT gyms really open 365 days a year?

    In Poland our clubs are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Club receptions are open from 8:00 to 22:00.

  • Is parking available for customers?

    There is a public surface parking lot in front of the main entrance.
