McFIT gym Łódź is located in the iconic Central department store at ul. Piotrkowska 165/169. Our club is located on the 2nd floor and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can reach us by bus lines 55, 57 and 83 and tram lines 11, 2A, 3B, 6 and 8A.


Innovative training modules cover an area of approximately 1,900 m2. McFIT clients can, among others: try your hand at energizing fitness classes. In addition, the gym also has a functional zone. Thanks to ropes, training bands and movable pull-up handles, we can work on many muscle groups at the same time. Of course, exercisers also have at their disposal well-equipped zones for machines, free weights and cardio. The design of the club also plays an important role - various styles, from street art to ethnic art to modern art, combine in a unique way into a spatial concept reminiscent of an adventurer's house.


Many group classes are also available at the McFIT Łódź fitness club. Box, Mocny Brzuch Express, Deepwork and Zumba Fitness are just some of the fitness classes offered. The current schedule of group classes can be found directly in the club and below. With a one-time Daily Pass you can test our club at any time. If you lead a sedentary lifestyle, counteract its effects - in McFIT you will strengthen your back and effectively relieve the spine.

  • How old do I have to be to become a McFIT Client?

    To become a McFIT Client, you must be over 15 years of age and present a photo ID. Signing the Membership Agreement by a minor requires the presence of a legal representative (e.g. a parent).

  • What is Daily Pass in McFIT?

    Daily Pass gives you the opportunity to use a selected McFIT Studio without any obligation. By purchasing a single entry, you have the opportunity to use our services once. To complete the training, you buy one entry to the Studio without a time limit. You only need your ID card to purchase the Daily Pass. Just come to the nearest McFIT Studio during reception opening hours or buy a pass online at mcfit.com and collect your card between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

  • What types of Membership Agreements does McFIT offer?

    McFIT offers a Membership Agreement for a fixed period of 12 months and a Membership Agreement for an indefinite period with a 3-month notice period. We also offer a flexible contract for an indefinite period with a 1-month notice period/FLEX.

  • Where can you conclude a Membership Agreement?

    The membership agreement can be concluded at any McFIT Studio in Poland between: 8.00-22.00 and online via the Customer Portal.

  • What documents do I need to have with me when signing the Membership Agreement?

    To sign the Membership Agreement, you need:

  • Does McFIT honor sports passes?

    Yes, you can use any McFIT studio in Poland if you have a Medicover Sport membership. We do not accept other sports cards.

  • Are McFIT gyms really open 365 days a year?

    In Poland, our clubs are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Club receptions are open from: 8.00-22.00.

  • What to take with you to training?

    For training in the Studio, you must bring clean sports shoes, training clothes and a towel. The lockers in the changing rooms are locked with padlocks (except in the club in Gdynia). You can buy a padlock from the vending machine in the club - the cost of the padlock is PLN 20. Of course, you can also use your own. Our padlocks have a diameter of 0.5 cm, while the total diameter of the opening in the cabinets is 0.9 cm.

² McFIT Studio offers its services by independent personal trainers, whose services you can use for an additional fee by booking a date directly with a given personal trainer. McFIT has no influence on the personal trainer's offer, in particular the price and conditions of personal training. The personal training offer is made by a personal trainer, and the client only pays with the personal trainer. Only Personal Trainers cooperating with McFIT are authorized to provide personal training services in McFIT clubs.
