McFIT gym Ochota in Warsaw is located in the Atlas Tower skyscraper at al. Jerozolimskie 123a. Located right next to Plac Zawiszy, the fitness club is open 24/7. The gym is very well connected - there are tram and bus stops nearby, as well as the Warszawa Ochota train stop. Club members can also use the parking lot at Plac Zawiszy. You can find McFIT gyms in Śródmieście, Praga Południe, Mokotów and Ochota.


The club in al. Jerozolimskie has an area of over 1700m2. The gym is located on two levels and is fully air-conditioned. Downstairs you will find a machine zone and Express Workout. On the next level there is a functional zone, cardio and free weights. The facility offers facilities for people with disabilities.


In the McFIT fitness club at al. Jerozolimskie 123a, club members can also enjoy a wide range of fitness classes: Yoga, Box, Zumba, ABT, Stretching and many more. The current schedule of group classes can be found directly in the club and below. With a single Daily Pass, you can test the McFIT gym at any time. Frequently asked questions

  • How old do I have to be to become a McFIT Client?

    To become a McFIT Client, you must be at least 14 years old and show a photo ID. The signing of the Membership Agreement by a minor requires the presence of a legal representative (e.g. a parent).

  • What is the Daily Pass at McFIT?

    Daily Pass gives you the opportunity to use your chosen McFIT Studio without any obligations. When you buy a single entry, you have the opportunity to use our services once. To train, you buy one entry to the Studio without a time limit. To buy a Daily Pass, you will only need your ID card. Simply come to the nearest McFIT Studio during reception hours or buy a ticket online at mcfit.com.pl and collect your card between 8:00 and 22:00.

  • What types of Membership Agreements does McFIT offer?

    McFIT offers, among others, a membership contract with a fixed term of 12 months (Classic or Basic) and a flexible contract for an indefinite period with a 1 month notice period/FLEX. Here you will find currently available passes.

  • Where can I conclude a Membership Agreement?

    The membership agreement can be concluded at any McFIT Studio in Poland between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and online via the Customer Portal.

  • What documents do I need to have with me when signing the Membership Agreement?

    To sign the Membership Agreement, you need:

  • Does McFIT honor sports passes?

    Yes, you can use any McFIT studio in Poland if you have a Medicover Sport membership. We do not accept other sports cards.

  • Are McFIT gyms really open 365 days a year?

    In Poland our clubs are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Club receptions are open from 8:00 to 22:00.

  • Is parking available for customers?

    There is a public surface parking lot in front of the main entrance.
