Frequently asked questions

  • Can I suspend my membership?

    It can always happen that due to injury or personal reasons you will have to take a longer break from training. At McFIT, there is no problem with that. You can suspend your contract for up to 6 months a year. You can send a request for suspension to the Customer Service Office at bok@mcfit.com.pl

  • Are McFIT Studios really open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day?

    In Poland, our studios are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Club receptions are open from 8:00 to 22:00.

  • Who can enter into a contract with McFIT?

    To become a McFIT Client, you must be at least 14 years old and show a photo ID. The signing of the Membership Agreement by a minor requires the presence of a legal representative (e.g. a parent).

  • How long is the contract period?

    McFIT offers two types of contracts: a 12-month Fixed-Term Membership Contract and a Permanent Membership Contract.

  • What do I need to bring with me to training?

    For hygiene reasons, remember to bring clean sports shoes and a towel. After training, you can of course freshen up and take a shower - so remember to bring your bathing slippers. We have another convenience for you: in our studios, you can conveniently and inexpensively buy drinks from vending machines. If you want, you can also bring your own drink to the Studio. It is important to us that you feel good here and can train comfortably.
